Is the problem repeatable? (that is, can you follow a known step of steps to reproduce the behavior?):
NOTE: Typically, Problem Reports are NOT individually replied to unless additional information is required for us to test/duplicate the issue. However, we do promise to review every Problem Report. Upon receipt of a Problem Report, we will review the report and attempt to confirm the problem by duplicating the problem. All confirmed problems will be included in our Technical Support Article database.
