| Problem/Issue Description | |
| After clicking the "Process"
button from the "Church Helpmate Synchronizer" tool, the following error
message is received: "91 : Object variable or With block variable not set" Clicking through the error message clears the error, but the sync process is terminated before completion. |

| There is at least one
individual in your Church Helpmate data file this is being included in the
sync process that has quotation marks (") within the data field of any of
the following fields: Title, First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Status, Gender, Marital Status, Address Line1, Address Line2, City, State, Zip Code, Carrier Route, Country, Home Phone1, Work Phone, Work Phone Extension, Cell phone, Pager, Email address, Household Email address, and Photo Note EXAMPLE: A household record with an Address Line 1 field of 123 "Somewhere" St, Apt #2 would cause the problem because of the quotes around the word Somewhere. |

| NOTE: Resolved in EH2004 SR1A From your CH2004 program, edit all individual/household records containing quotes within the fields listed in the "Cause" section above to remove the quotes, and then retry the CH Synchronizer. |
