TSA Title:  Events showing on incorrect dates in Calendar Views when running with non-US date formats
Builds Affected:  Build 1.1
Status:  Resolved in SR1A
Category:  General

Problem/Issue Description
When viewing the Monthly, Weekly, and Daily calendar views, events are shown on dates where the month and day values of the event's date are swapped. For example, if you have an event in the system for August 3, 2004 (or 03/08/2004 in dd/mm/yyyy date format), the event will incorrectly appear on the calendar views on March 8, 2004 (or 08/03/2004 in dd/mm/yyyy date format) - the month and the day values have been swapped.

This occurs if the computer's short date format in the Windows regional settings is set to the "dd/mm/yyyy" format and the Date Format setting in EH2004 is set also to "dd/mm/yyyy" (under "Setup & Preferences | Regional Settings").
Cause

Resolution
NOTE:  Resolved in EH2004 SR1A

Unfortunately there are currently no work-arounds to this issue other than setting the Windows "short date" regional setting to "mm/dd/yyyy" format.

NOTE:  The actual start & end dates for the Event records are being stored correctly.  The problem is a display issue with the calendar views.

This problem will be resolved in the EH2004 "Service Release 1".
