The "Meetings & Attendance" Module of Church Helpmate enables you to track meetings and individualized attendance for any Group in your Church Helpmate database (ie. services, classes, small groups, etc.).  Meetings can be one-time, weekly, monthly, or whatever frequency you choose.  For example, let's suppose the choir director would like to start taking attendance for the choir's weekly rehearsal.  No problem.  With the Meetings & Attendance module, you will be able to track each choir member's attendance for each rehearsal.

The output capabilities of the Meetings & Attendance module provide powerful tracking tools to identify both incoming actions (ie. 1st-time attenders, 2nd-time attenders, etc.) as well as outgoing actions (ie. consecutive absentees) so you can be pro-active on both ends. You can even generate roll-call sheets for each group's teacher/leader.  These roll-call reports can show details such as SecurityID#'s, allergies, and special needs.
